Employee of the Quarter: Chris Hughes

Chris Hughes has been with The Beringer Group (TBG) and its predecessor companies for 33 years and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. One of Chris's favorite aspects of working at TBG is the flexible schedule, which allows him to balance his professional responsibilities with spending quality time with his family.

Chris is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has also earned his Series 7, 28, and 24 licenses throughout his career at Beringer.

Outside of work, Chris has been happily married to his wife, Shellie, for 28 years. They have two children, their daughter, Brooke, and their son, Ryan.

Chris’s advice to current and future clients is to consult with an expert whenever possible. An outside professional perspective can often provide clarity and resolve conflict more effectively than an internal one.
