Hilary Fuelleborn
GENERAL COUNSEL
Hilary A. Fuelleborn serves as General Counsel to The Beringer Group. She was previously an equity partner at Dilworth Paxson in their Trusts and Estates department, where her practice focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and private foundations. She earned her law degree from Emory Law School, where she was Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review, and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple Law School. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova Charles Widger School of Law where she teaches Wealth Tax. Outside of work, Hilary is involved in her community and serves a the Solicitor to the Prothonotary of Montgomery County, a trustee of several foundations, a member of the Board of Directors of Jenkintown Youth Activities, and a member of the Junior League of Philadelphia.
