Employee of the Quarter: Linda Postorivo
Linda joined Mid-Atlantic Financial Group, the predecessor firm to The Beringer Group in 1980, and has been an integral part of the organization ever since. With more than forty years of experience working with middle-market, closely held businesses, she has spent her career helping individuals, business owners, and their families make thoughtful financial decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
What Linda values most about her work is the long-term relationships she has built over decades of service. She takes the time to truly get to know her clients as individuals, as well as their families and businesses. This deep understanding allows her to offer practical, personalized guidance that always puts clients first. Her approach has earned her lasting trust and respect throughout the firm and among the families she serves.
Linda earned her degree from Glassboro State College, now Rowan University. When asked what advice she gives clients most often, she emphasizes the importance of planning early and being intentional. She encourages clients to spend the time needed to understand their personal and financial goals, both short-term and long-term, and to work closely with an advisor to create a plan to reach them. That plan should be reviewed regularly and adjusted as life changes, whether through new family milestones, financial shifts, or unexpected events. Staying disciplined, avoiding emotional decisions, and sticking to a well-thought-out plan are key to achieving long-term goals.
Our CEO and Founder, Ted Beringer, adds, “Linda is truly amazing. Her experience, integrity, and dedication to our clients have helped shape this firm for decades. She represents everything we stand for, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of the Beringer family.”
