Employee of the Quarter: John Fye

John Fye has been with The Beringer Group for more than 30 years. He began his career with TBG as a Managing Director at Mid Atlantic Co., TBG’s predecessor, and he continues to serve as a Managing Director at TBG today.

John's favorite part of working at The Beringer Group is the strong team camaraderie and the depth of the firm's intellectual capital. John and his wife Diane, who is also a valued member of the Beringer team, have been happily married for more than 35 years. They have raised three daughters and one son and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.

John’s advice to both current and prospective clients is to "keep an open mind to creative ideas and strategies when planning. Each family and business is unique, so you never know what approach might be most effective.”
