Employee of the Quarter: Ellen Pierce

Ellen Pierce joined The Beringer Group after earning her B.A. in Economics from William & Mary. She began her career with the firm and has remained a valued member of the team ever since. Her long tenure reflects the dedication and commitment she brings to her work every day.

Ellen and her husband, Al recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. Together, they have two children, Julia and Will, and one granddaughter, Colete.

When asked what advice she would give clients, Ellen says, "Focus on long-term value rather than short-term results"
