Employee of the Quarter: Donna Gasperone
Donna’s first day with us was August 29, 1983. She joined through the Cooperative Education Club during her senior year at Cherokee High School, splitting her time between school and work. After graduation, she came on full-time—and nearly 42 years later, she’s still here, which says everything you need to know about her dedication.
What Donna enjoys most about working here is the camaraderie with her fellow employees. She’s been a steady presence through decades of change, and her warmth and loyalty have left a lasting impact on everyone she works with.
Donna and her husband recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary. They have three children—Nicholas (28), Gianna (25), and Joseph (22). After high school, Donna jumped straight into her career and later earned her Life & Health Insurance license.
Her advice to clients is simple but smart: invest early. It’s a small step that can make a big difference down the line.
When asked if there is anything else she’d like to share, Donna said, “It has been a pleasure working with the company for almost 42 years!” We couldn’t agree more.
