Employee of the Quarter: Brad Standridge

Brad Standridge joined our team in 2008 after meeting John McAlister, who connected him with John Fye. Following an interview with John Fye, Brad officially joined the firm and he hasn’t looked back since.

What Brad enjoys most about working here is knowing that the work he does is truly in the client’s best interest. “Because we are unbiased, we can focus on what’s right for the client,” he says. It’s this dedication to integrity that drives his everyday work.

Brad has been happily married to his wife, Tatiana, since 2016, and together they have a son, Clayton. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from North Georgia College.

When asked what advice he would give clients, he shared a key insight: "Your transition strategy is the lever that multiplies the value of everything else you’ve built. If it slips behind day-to-day tasks, you risk protecting the urgent at the expense of the important. Additionally, there’s a huge difference between having a plan and having the right plan. The outcomes can be night and day."

Our CEO, Ted, adds, “Brad exemplifies integrity, focus, and commitment. Since joining the firm, he has consistently put clients first and made a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike. We’re grateful to have him on our team and proud to recognize him as our Employee of the Quarter.”
