The Beringer Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to J.W. Wood Supply Co., Northern Industrial, & All Air Supply.

J.W. Wood Supply Co., Northern Industrial, Inc., & All Air Supply, Inc. are all located in Redding, California, and serve contractors in California, Oregon, & Nevada with plumbing, irrigation, HVAC, industrial pipe, remodeling, maintenance and repair.
