The Beringer Group is pleased to announce that our client, Williams Supply, have finalized the sale of their company to WinSupply. The Beringer Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Williams Supply Co., Inc.
Williams Supply have three locations in the Tennessee market. Williams Supply serve contractors and home owners in theTennessee market with electric, plumbing, maintenance and repair.
