The Beringer Group is pleased to announce that our client, Simon’s Supply, have finalized the sale of their company to WinSupply. The Beringer Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Simon’s Supply Co., Inc.
Simon’s Supply have five locations in the Providence, RI and the Cape Cod markets. Simon’s Supply serve contractors and home owners in Providence, RI and the Cape Cod markets with plumbing, luxury showroom items, remodeling, maintenance and repair.
